Came in for an oil change and flat tire on Saturday. Staff did well getting me in for service quickly without an appointment but that’s where the good things ended. Was recommended fluid services with no test strips, specifically coolant and brake fluid. Both were completed the previous weekend and tire states as non-repairable. When we inspected the tire, the nail is inside the repairable area of the tire. I am now sitting at discount tire to get the tire repaired after waiting 2 hours for service here. I understand you need to sell tires, but trying to force someone to purchase when the tire can be repaired is unacceptable. Spoke with several other staff and there was a complete lack of respect for my time and money.

I had a fantastic experience at this Firestone location! I brought my vehicle in for an alignment and the customer service was absolutely top notch. Jaron Bull at the front desk took excellent care of me. He was professional, welcoming and made the entire process smooth and hassle free. The work on my vehicle was great and I left completely satisfied. Big thanks to Jaron for the service, this a highly recommend this location for me!

Hello Former Customers,Current Customers, Potential Customers, and Future Customers, I am writing to formally document a highly unsatisfactory experience I had today, June 14, 2026, at your McKinney location (2065 N Central EXPY). I arrived for a scheduled 11:00 AM alignment and tire rotation appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an employee named Joseph, whose demeanor was unprofessional and markedly different from how he treated the customer before me. Despite having a confirmed appointment via phone and text, Joseph acted as though my information was difficult to find and became dismissive when I showed him my confirmation texts. Even asked me to pass him my telephone. The service process was equally concerning: - Contradictory Information: A technician called me at 2:59 PM suggesting new tires and rear shocks due to uneven wear caused by alignment issues. However, that same technician admitted the alignment had not even been performed yet. - Questionable Service: When Joseph called at 3:45 PM to provide an estimate, he failed to mention front struts until I brought them up. Most concerningly, I have photographic evidence of my tires with distinct markings that prove t

First off I’m 32 weeks pregnant and I have a 12 month old. They said it would take an hour to an hour in a half to do an oil change. After an hour in a half I asked about my car. They said they haven’t even worked on it yet! I’m livid! Everyone who was here before me are all gone and now the new people who came in after me are getting called before me. I swear they just forgot about my car… Oh and when I asked about my car the first time, the girl went to check and then came right back in without answering me and continued to play on her phone and chit chat with her employees. I had to get back up and ask again. Then I got the worst response ever! My son wakes up after his hour in an half nap and I can’t even change him in the bathroom. I literally had to push the table over, pregnant, to get it to fold down all the way. This place is a joke. After almost 2 in a half hours, I saw my car still sitting in parking lot, so I asked for my key because I wasn’t going to wait any longer. They said… “ okay.” Then “Oh apparently they finished it “ So how long was it just sitting in the parking lot?!? They said they had just finished it…yeah whatever you say 🙄

I had an excellent experience working with Brandon at Firestone. From the beginning, he was professional, courteous, and attentive to my concerns. He took the time to clearly explain the issues with my vehicle and the necessary repairs, making sure I understood the process. Brandon kept me informed throughout the service and ensured everything was completed in a timely manner. His attention to detail and commitment to quality gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. After the service was completed, my car was running smoothly, and all of my concerns were fully resolved.
